Who runs Latisha Villa
Latisha Villa is a privately owned villa in Rawai, Phuket, used for photoshoots, filming, creator content, brand events and selected private stays. It is run directly by its owner, not through a management agency.
The owner
Stefan is the owner of Latisha Villa and handles enquiries, scheduling and on-site coordination directly. You deal with the person responsible for the property, not a call centre.
How a booking works
Every booking runs from a short written agreement covering the dates, price, inclusions, deposit and cancellation terms. Deposits are partial and go to a named account. Before you confirm, we offer a live video walk-through of the spaces you plan to use. Access is by appointment only, through a gated compound.
What the villa is used for
The compound is set up for photoshoots, filming, creator content and brand events and product launches, with 3-phase power, enterprise fiber, a dedicated prep room and secure parking. Selected private stays are taken between production bookings.

The Journal collects the planning guides we use with clients. How those guides are researched, verified and updated is set out in the editorial policy.
